My journey with music began during the school years where I played the guitar in metal and punk bands. Although I’m a gamer since my earliest days, it wasn’t until a colleague showed me the works of Akira Yamaoka, Jesper Kyd and Vangelis that I got interested in writing soundtracks.
I was always fond of symphonic music, but fifteen years ago, creating it in a home studio seemed unattainable. At the same time, after listening to Silent Hill 2 and Assassin’s Creed 2 music, I realized that soundtracks can also take the form of electronic music, immersive ambience and any kind of modern music. Thus, as a 17-year old, I started making tracks on my computer. Despite the years and all the new technology, electronic music remains my area of expertise.
As for the SFX, I got into that during one of the game jams, where I quickly realized that the limiting factor is creativity, not equipment. This strengthened my belief that it’s hugely important to experiment and try to connect seemingly not fitting sounds.
I am able to provide the game with all necessary audio production: music, sounds, and implementation via FMOD Studio.
